Meet Our Team

R. Scott McHenry founded Locker 19 in 2021. He grew up in New Jersey and attended the University of Kansas where he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering. He developed a love for film and comedy during college and began pursuit of these passions in his free time as a stand up comic, writer, and video creator. After college, he began working as a Construction Manager, leading teams to complete large infrastructure projects all over the country, all while still pursuing his creative goals in his time outside of his career. In 2021, he moved to Los Angeles (where he is still currently based) to pursue a full time career in filmmaking, and has amassed dozens of credits at all levels of cast and crew, on projects ranging from high budget commercials, to feature films, and even including five short film credits as Director/Producer. His major career goal is to direct his own feature films at a studio budget.
